Junell had just celebrated the end of her youth cheer competition season and was looking forward to the final months of her 8th grade year when she discovered a lump on her thigh that led to a diagnosis of a soft tumor sarcoma, stage four. Facing hair loss, Junell took control and cut her hair prior to losing it due to chemo treatment. Grateful for her Angel Hair System, Junell says “without my Angel Hair, I wouldn’t have started my Freshman year, gone to Homecoming or participated in school activities and events.”
